By downloading, installing, or using TracePoint ERP+QMS ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Subject to your payment of the applicable subscription fee, Key Management Consulting grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business operations. The Software may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed without written permission.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days. Prices are subject to change with 60 days notice.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Software. We do not access, share, or sell your data. Single-file deployments store data in your browser's local storage and never transmit it. Server deployments store data on your designated server infrastructure.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Key Management Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
TracePoint includes tools to support AS9100D, ISO 9001, and CMMC 2.0 compliance efforts. These tools are provided as aids only. Certification and compliance decisions rest solely with your organization and any applicable registrar or auditing body. TracePoint makes no warranty that use of the Software will result in certification or compliance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
