Yes. Starter covers up to 5 users, Professional up to 20, and Enterprise is unlimited — all for one flat monthly price. Add your machinists, quality team, sales, purchasing, and management without worrying about the bill going up.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data is never affected by a plan change.

What's the difference between the single-file and server versions?

The single-file version runs entirely in your browser — no server, no setup, perfect for one person or a very small team using a shared computer. The server version (included with all plans) supports multiple users simultaneously, has AES-256 encrypted data at rest, automated nightly backups, and full audit logging. Most customers beyond 2–3 users deploy the server version.

How long does setup take?

The single-file demo opens in seconds — no setup required. The server version typically takes under an hour to deploy on a VPS or dedicated server. Professional and Enterprise plans include an onboarding session where we walk through your specific configuration.

Does TracePoint include accounting / payroll?

TracePoint includes job costing, invoicing, and financial reporting modules. For full general ledger accounting and payroll, it integrates with QuickBooks. Most small manufacturers find this combination covers everything they need at a fraction of the cost of a fully integrated ERP with accounting.
